综合试验区简介
探索沿边地区跨境电商制度创新、管理创新、服务创新、业态创新和模式创新，构建云南面向东盟陆路跨境贸易电商增长极
中国（红河）跨境电子商务综合试验区，是国务院2022年2月批复设立的27个跨境电子商务综合试验区之一。中国（红河）跨境电子商务综合试验区将坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念，借鉴先进综合试验区的成功经验，依托红河沿边开放区位优势，叠加中国（云南）自由贸易试验区红河片区、中国（红河）跨境电子商务综合试验区、蒙自经济技术开发区、红河综合保税区、河口边境经济合作区的政策优势，抓住RCEP生效带来的发展机遇，围绕中越经济走廊和RCEP节点城市建设，探索沿边地区跨境电商制度创新、管理创新、服务创新、业态创新和模式创新，构建云南面向东盟陆路跨境贸易电商增长极。
China (Honghe) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone is one of the 27 cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones approved and established by the State Council in February 2022. China (Honghe) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone will adhere to the development concept of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, draw on the successful experience of the advanced comprehensive pilot zone, rely on the regional advantages of the opening along the Honghe River, combine the policy superiority of Honghe area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China (Honghe) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, Mengzi Economic and Technological Development Zone, Honghe Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and Hekou Border Economic Cooperation Zone, seize the development opportunities brought by RCEP, focus on the China- Vietnam Economic Corridor and city construction of RCEP, explore cross-border e-commerce system innovation, management innovation, service innovation, business format innovation and model innovation in border areas, and build Yunnan's land cross-border trade e-commerce growth pole facing ASEAN.
招商政策
对符合条件的加工贸易企业、一般贸易企业及投资开展边民互市贸易进口商品落地加工业务的企业给予支持
对开展外贸业务培训和政策宣传，年内实现进出口额达到条件的外贸综合服务企业及成立并拉动进出口额增长的边民互市贸易进口商品落地加工平台公司给予支持。

Support the foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises that carry out foreign trade business training and policy publicity, and achieve the import and export volume to meet the conditions within the year, as well as the border people's trade import commodity landing processing platform companies that have established and driven the growth of import and export.
对符合条件的加工贸易企业、一般贸易企业及投资开展边民互市贸易进口商品落地加工业务的企业给予支持。
Support qualified processing trade enterprises, general trade enterprises and enterprises investing in the processing business of imported goods in border people's mutual trade.
对入驻红河片区租用交易场所并使用区内跨境电商平台开展业务的电商企业给予支持。对区内跨境电商企业平台年交易额符合条件企业及进出口交易额达到要求的跨境电商企业给予奖励。
Support the e-commerce enterprises that rent trading places in Honghe area and use the cross-border e-commerce platform in the area to carry out business. Reward the cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the region whose annual trading volume meets the requirements and the enterprises whose import and export trading volume meets the requirements.
对在海关特殊监管区或具备海关监管条件的区域设立跨境电商集散配送中心和展示中心，且场地面积达到要求的跨境电商企业给予支持。
Support cross-border e-commerce enterprises that set up cross-border e-commerce distribution centers and exhibition centers in special customs supervision areas or areas with customs supervision conditions, and whose site area meets the requirements.
知名企业
